AudioNova Malmö is looking for a Licensed Audiologist (temporary position) with a burning interest in helping others achieve the best quality of life!

About the role

As a Licensed Audiologist at AudioNova, you will work with the entire rehabilitation process in the form of hearing tests, needs assessments, and fittings of hearing aids and other technical aids. The work requires a high sense of service, flexibility when sudden changes occur in the day's program, and the ability to work in a structured manner. It is also important to be able to prioritize and work towards both personal and common goals.

Knowledge of audiology as well as a good understanding of the relationship between audiology, products, and service is the foundation of the work. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and receive support from competent colleagues.

The work is always conducted in line with applicable objectives and regulations and in accordance with Sonova's values WeCare, WeDriveInnovation, WeStriveForExcellence, WeTakeAccountability, WeBuildTheBestTeam.

Examples of tasks

• Perform hearing tests, evaluate the customer's specific needs, inform, and collaboratively choose the best solution for each customer.
• Adjust and set hearing aids and any technical equipment according to the customer's needs.
• Deliver high service throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Opportunity to participate in training of students (by agreement).
• Ensure that all processes and tasks are performed according to AudioNova's and the authorities' standards and guidelines.
• Actively participate in the measures proposed by RSM or the head office, e.g., process improvements.

About you

We are looking for you who are a Licensed Audiologist and are passionate about providing professional customer service throughout the rehabilitation chain.

You have a good ability to convey facts and information in an easily understandable way to our customers and have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge.

You take independent responsibility, plan and organize your work to drive it forward effectively. Furthermore, you have a calm and stable demeanor, even in more pressuring situations.

As we are part of a global corporation, we expect you to be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a license approved by the National Board of Health and Welfare after completing your Audiologist education.

We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience with rehabilitative methods.

• You are an experienced IT user and navigate independently with the Office suite, including Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word.

• You hold a B driver's license.
• You possess good communication skills and find it easy to build good relationships.
